Responsibilities
• Capturing and maintaining correct and up to date individual and group policy details.
• Follow-up on payments and group premium reconciliation.
• Coordination of repatriation and expatriation procedures.
• Giving quotations, bookings and receiving payments for other cash services required.
• Claims processing and confirmation.
• Responding to clients that require events and funeral services and assisting them in terms of the laid down procedures.
• Assisting agents in acquiring new business and growing the existing business
• Assisting clients with refunds and queries.
• Maintaining a systematic filing system in place in respect of all documents all the time.
• Book flight and travel arrangements for clients with international policies.
