•QA/QC: CERTIFIED LABORATORY TECHNICIAN Tier 1 (Direct Development) Laboratory Accreditation Certificate
®GARMENT WASHING TEST:
-Puts the garments in the relaxing rack for 4 hours conditioning.
-Measures and evaluates the skewness, embellishment and all accessories of the garment.
-Checks water temperature of washing machine.
-Weighs the detergent and put inside the washing machine.
-Weighs the sample garment and add enough ballast to exceed 2 kls.
-Loads the sample garment together with the ballast to washing machine and wash for 3 cycles following CC label.
-After washing, unloads the sample garment and ballast from the washing machine & dry.
-Lays the garment in the relaxing rack for 4 hours.
-Measures and evaluates the skewness, embellishment and all accessories of the garment.
-Evaluates the color staining and color change using AATCC gray scale.
-Generates garment wash test report following the buyers requirement.
-Encodes the results in the PMS and or save to the portal.
-Reports to TL, Supervisor, factory Clerk, Brand man & QC man.& PPIC man, for all the rejected tests.
-Encodes the results in the PMS and or save to the portal.
-Checks and monitors the pending for testing to be added for tomorrow’s activity.
-Cleans the area before going out.

-If hard re-generates again until it becomes soft.
-Checks the garment water temperature to be used & required setting in washing.
-Checks what types of machine to be used if either front load or top load.
-Loads the garment to washing machine following the requirement from buyer.
-After washing, tumble dry or line dry following the buyer’s requirement.
-Relaxes the garmen for 4hrs.
-Cleans the area before going out.
