Responsibilities:
 Prospecting new customers, discussing about customer requirements and presenting the quotations to make a business.
 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails and through personal interaction.

Dec-2014 – August 2017 Operations Executive at ALADDIN CONTAINER COMPANY

Monitoring the customer’s stock inventory, keeping a record of incoming and outgoing container stock. Updating of daily movement and stock reports to clients.
 Maintaining the customer stock of repair completed units & intimating to customers.  Following with the workshop Foreman any pending containers for repair completion.
 Customers booking mail order received, intimating in prior notice if any shortage due in available units, for the smooth operation.

 Quoting Tariff to new customers as per the company procedure for Lease Enquiry, Load & Empty storage & handling charges in depot.
 Receive & Reply emails from the customer for accepting and releasing containers, intimating equipment office accordingly for smooth operations.
 Preparing LPO’s, Sales invoices, Delivery notes related to container sales & parts (creation of Purchase orders as per the Planning request on time and ensuring delivery and strict follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods).
 Raising monthly Repair completion, Lease, Load & Empty storage inventory report’s & Invoice to the customer. Liaising with customer for payment collection.
 Tracking & invoicing of storage, handling charges and Container repair billing. Raising invoices periodically (weekly & monthly) and reporting to Sr. General Manager
