Responsibilities:
• Organizing tool box meeting before starting daily job for briefing about likelihood of risk & measures required for prevention and control.
• Inspection of work site through different checklists.
• Monitoring of health and hygiene conditions at camp and site.
• Coordinating emergency evacuation drills at work site, workshop and offices areas.
• Implementation of procedures for confined space.
• Investigating of all reported accidents in order to avoid reoccurrence of such accidents & gaining knowledge, encouraging reporting of all accidents ( major or minor)
• Promoting positive safety culture in organization.
• Periodic inspection of PPE and delivering training to workforce for safe and proper use of PPE.

• Compliance to Permit-to-Work System.
• Highlighting unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and mitigate it.
• Advising employee’s safe and healthy work practices.
• Inspecting machinery, equipment and workplaces & ensuring suitable protective equipment, such as hearing protection, dust pollution protection, and PPE are provided and is being used correctly.
• Investigating employee health and safety complaints; discusses findings and recommends possible solutions in a timely manner.
• Writing reports about the results of inspection, investigations and making its follow up.
• Coordinating HAZOP Studies for modification, new process or changes in existing activities.
