I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 4 years now and I could say that I am versatile in whatever roles you give me. I learn fast with less supervision and I make sure that I learn from my mistakes. I’ve had quite a few experiences with different companies that I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of. I hate it when I am being spoon fed with answers because I want to be challenged in the work that I do. I don’t want a routine, I want to learn something new. I have worked with a banking company, online selling, media/advertising, cable company, and publishing company.
