Successfully launched an HR Onesource Platform, Benefits Onesouce Platrform, Exception Pay Program, Rewards & Recognition Program, Career Tracks, Training & Development Platform and Referral site. Solutions saved the Company over $500,000 in one year alone with unprecedented and sustained success enabling global collaboration and increasing reporting accuracy from 60% to 98.9% in a quarter.

Integration & Project  Lead (pan Canada). Activities include aligning corporate polices, critical talent management, alignment of career grades, recruitment process and set up, employee benefit set up and communication, and creating an engagement framework. Worked with senior management (locally and internationally) to initiate a heterogeneous system migration from Oracle E-Business to SAP, ADP Payroll and to myWipro. Manage HR processes for over 40 Canadian accounts including ATCO, SMART, GTAA, TD Bank, Exxon Mobile, Shell, Pitney Bowes, Levis, HP, BP, Johnson & Johnson and more.
