Experience
I have 10 (Ten) years (+) of banking experience in diversified arenas.
I have joined as “Management Trainee Officer (MTO)” in a local commercial bank named, “National Credit and Commerce Bank Limited” on 18th February, 2009. I took ‘On The Job Training’, in the Malibagh Branch for long one year from the joining date. My probation period of 1(one) year completed on 18th February, 2010 and after completion of my probation period, I confirmed as ‘Senior Officer’. I worked in General Banking, Credit, Import, Export departments and also was LAN (Local Area Network) Manager in Malibagh Branch. I have 1 year of experience in General Banking department, 3 years of experience in Loans and Advance department, 2 years of experience in Trade Finance (Import & Export) department and more than 5 years of experience in the IT department (LAN Manager) in Malibagh Branch. My present designation is ‘Principal Officer’. Currently, I am working in the ‘Company Secretariat Division’.

Regular Attachment:
Ø Monitoring and checking of all the agendas for sending the same to the Honorable Members of the Board or Committees (Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee) before every meeting.
Ø Preparation of Minutes of the Board and Committee meetings as and when required in compliance with Bangladesh Bank.
Ø Doing data analysis while structuring Minutes of the Board and other Committees of the Bank.
Ø Doing risk analysis while structuring Minutes of the Board and other Committees of the Bank.
Ø Structuring statement (Funded, Non-funded) according to the Minutes of the Board / EC meetings to comply with Bangladesh Bank’s requirements.
Ø Sending Board / Committee Minutes to Bangladesh Bank after complying all related issues regarding the matter.
Ø Sending related portion of the Board / EC Minutes to the concerned Divisions / Departments / Cells / Units and also to the top Management of the Bank on regular intervals.
Ø Providing excerpts of the Board / EC Minutes to the Management of the Bank and also to the Regulators as and when required.
Ø Maintaining intra divisions/departments correspondence of the Head Office of the Bank.
Ø Preparing Board / Committee Memos as and when required.
Ø Providing assistance to prepare / check Price Sensitive Information and disclosure.
Ø Providing assistance in giving a final shape in the accumulated compliance issues of the Bank, recommended by the Board / Committee(s).
Ø Sending reminders to the concerned divisions / departments of Head Office for providing Compliance Report(s) as desired by the Honorable Board and other Committee(s) whenever required.
