Reply instantly any queries of cargo position rose by factory and satisfy their requirements at most priority basis.

§  Handling all kinds of L/C (industrial & commercial ) related issues, banking functions and documents.

§  Doing all type of communication & follow up with overseas Supplier for on time shipment.

§  Regular communication with shipping line for faster vessel connection from transshipment port & import rates from different ports.

§  Follow-up with Bank, C&F agent, transport, insurance company & Port Customs for smooth retirement of documents & release (Sea & Air) Consignments.

§  Obtaining import permission from Ishwardi EPZ Customs.

§  Maintaining all documents to release consignments from Dhaka & Chittagong  EPZ Customs and delivery of goods to Ishwardi EPZ.

§  Preparing Monthly reports.

§  Maintaining delivery lead time.

§  Maintaining proper H.S Code of raw materials, spares & machineries.

§  Maintaining strong relationship with Ishwardi EPZ Customs.
