* DEVELOPED, IMPLEMENTED, MONITORED HSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Establish policy, procedure standards
in line with the international standards, industrial practices, implemented the system through meeting, training,
demonstration, drill, etc. Monitor by inspection, site visits, audits, review etc. and measure the performance using
HSEMS Kips, Statistics, Near miss reports etc. and advised measures for continual improvement.
* ACCIDENT REPORTING, INVESTIGATION REVIEW: Perform the accident / incident investigation, review,
analysis causes using Fault Tree Analysis, Loss Causation Model, analyze trends, predict probabilities and advise
company management.
* CRISIS MANAGEMENT PLANNING & DRILLS: plans and set up crisis response , response drills, table top
exercises etc. and recommend improvements corrective measures
* ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT: Implement and monitor EMS for the company, including EIA, establishing
objective, targets, assessment of performance, audits, review in line with ISO 14000 guidelines
