OBJECTIVES
>To develop and improve my knowledge ang ability of service with tactfullnes and assertiveness,as to deal with difficult situation politely and firmly while enjoying ny desired and preferred job
Duties and Responsibility
>Cordially greets the guest as they arrive.
>Ensure proper food and beverage service is provided.
>Provides guest with every item necessary to create a memorable expirience while in the hotel.
>Anticipates guest’s needs in advance of thier request.
>Provides tableside service for plated and buffet needs.
>Replenishes guests food,veberage,napkins,coofee cup set etc. asthe event progresses.
>Responsible dor setting up of events including flatware,glassware,napkins,linens and anything else that is required for guest satisfaction.
>Work as a team with the entire event department including event detailers,banquet servers,captain,and banquet manager.
>Responsible for promptly cleaning tables in a manner in etiquette allows.
>Occasional outside work as events dictate outdoors event such as birthday parties,anniversaries and wedding.
