I have spend the past 20 years with in the food and beverage industry gaining experience from the local and international market. My career has flourished from working as a cook and porter, events and hotel assistant, moving into management roles where I focus on customer service as well as managing staff. My passion has lead me to further studies within the industry where I now holds a butcher qualification and manages the butchery department at one of the largest retail super stores in South Africa. My expertise lei in leading and managing a team, building and maintaining relationships with customers, to be very hands on in the butchery where I got expertise in breaking of carcasses of beef, lamb,pork,cutting into prime retail cuts for the counter and pickling, smoking and curing of meat.
