Duties and Responsibilities:
Server Duties
• To welcome the guest with a smile and have them seated to their preferred table
• To build rapport and strong relationship with all the guest to make them feel special
• Keeping an eye to all the guest to ensure they are enjoying their stay and have all the needs
• Providing all the details inside the menu and encourage them with best of all the products that we are offering
• Checking the bill to ensure no mistakes before passing to the guest table, letting the guest check their bills with no hovering in timely manner
• Helping to train new staff in regards of the standards of the company specifically in the menu
• Ensuring the food service area is clean and tidy at all times
• Introducing the menu to the guest explaining and making recommendations to the guest if needed
• Checking all the tables for the guests needs and do quality check back
• Overseeing team setting tables for the next guest
Bartender Duties
• Welcoming guest at the bar top to help them determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar guest, taking orders and serving drinks
• Overseeing the stocks and prepare garnishes for drinks and maintain an adequate supply of ice, glasses, and other bar supplies
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
• Planning drink menus and informing guest about new beverages and specials
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to the guest
• To keep and maintain cleanliness of the bar area
Cashier Duties
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to guest
• Accountability of the discounts in order and the sales during operations
• Checking and Counting all the sales after the shift
• Do deposits to the banks and some other errands as needed
• To ensure that all transactions are correct
• Making and sending reports directly to the management or to the owner
• Double checking of the amount or card receive before the settlement
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the Cashiers area
