Manage the Operations of the company and Plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Recruitment function including training & staff development.
Oversee the monthly Payroll function including the EPF/ETF, Gratuity, Bonus, new hire pay, termination pay, VAT & NBT Etc.
Manage contracts and salary negotiations & relationships with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications.
Prepare agendas for monthly staff meetings and Schedule meetings for senior management team.
Maintain good industrial relations with all outsourced staff by providing Friendly & better service.
