• Conduct field and site survey in North Luzon
• Prepare Transmission Site Survey Report.
• Prepare Detailed Outside Plant Engineering plan for project in CADD format.
• Prepare Cable Entrance Facility plan, includes isometric drawing, site vicinity location, and floor plan.
