CT scan, MRI & Digital Mammography.
•. For Zoll Defibrillator also perform product demo.
Check all peripherals and cable accessories.
Teach enduser how to perform correct CPR to achieve
high percent of survival rate.

For Technical:

•. Evaluate service report recieved from customer.
• Check the system to justify problem reported if correct.
Isolate root cause of problem. Try other option for testing.
If the system found defective make report send to principal
for warranty claim. (if system under warranty period)
• For repair, i will make RMA report and send the system to pricipal
together with the RMA form and completed diagnosed of the
problem.
