RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting Supervisor for Production and Same time Handling Engineering, Quality and Chemical Laboratory Section.
Supervise, Organize, Monitor and control QC/Eng’g, Laboratory and Production personnel’s daily activity performance to achieve organizational goal.
Coordinate with customer and design center for the qualification and implementation of new production methods, man, machines, materials and environment (4M1E).
Lead the team for Productivity and Quality continuous improvement programs.
Daily review of production performance trend and achievement both quantity and quality.
Assure employee compliance with health, safety and quality requirements.
Identify root cause and resolve quality issues through corrective and improvement actions and promote to satisfy management and customer requirements.
Analyze WIP, prepare loading, delivery and manpower plan for production.
Confirm, verify and provide disposition for any non-conforming parts for F/G, in-process stocks and delivered goods.
Window person related to technical and quality issues for Major customers with high quality standard requirements.
Handle customer complaints and assist customer audit for the monitoring and closure of action items.
Generate working procedures for production.
Generate and update General Inspection Plan for the new and current product for inspection standard reference.
Review and create system and procedures by evaluating operation practices, keeping of records and controls.
Assure production follow all controls and specification limit required.
Conduct performance evaluation, identify and implement training requirements for subordinates.
Ensure the team observing and follows company rules and regulations, system and procedure – 3Q6S.
Prepare and generate necessary reports required and perform additional task as per requested.
