Job Description: Project Planner
Set-up Project Schedules according to SOW (Execution phases involved, participating disciplines, the department involved and sites or areas are there in the project) and compliance with the clients. Includes the necessary steps to perform the job or the construction process, identify the craft and labor hours to complete each task, and third party services, and document any necessary special instructions or documentation required.
Generate Pre-construction planning, manpower curves and histograms to validate construction durations (Planned v Actual).
Coordinate with other Contractors for the interfacing works.
Maintain the update of the schedule and S-curve during the project execution and detailed daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Participate in discussions with maintenance, operations, and engineering to develop and publish weekly and daily schedules that meet operations needs, and optimize the available manpower and services. 
Deal with work priority, develop job plans, engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective and efficient work plan.
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive work plans and details and strategies based on feedback from Engineers, Operations, and Supervisors.
Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
Set-up Schedule for shutdown or maintenance works according to operations availability and time span.
Generate overall progress database of Shop Fabrication and Site Installation as a basis of Project Scheduling i.e. Welding, PWHT, NDT (RT, MPI, LP and UT), Hydro testing, Painting etc.
Monitor quality, service, and delivery issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
Preparation of costing/estimation and quotation as per Clients project scope of work, with the coordination to Supervisors, Operations Manager and Project Manager.
Set-up and organize Technical and Commercial bid/offer as per Client’s requirements.
Construct progress database as per scope of work for the projects.
Make request, assists x-ray technician for doing NDT and MPI.
Updating the record of the Bar Chart (For Pipeline) and History Sheet (For Process).

Job Description: Document Controller
Received and record project documents/drawings and transmit to the responsible.
Ensure all project technical drawings and documentation are received, checked, accurately recorded into the database, and distributed to the responsible key personnel.
Preparation of Mechanical/Piping/Structural handover packages compliance with Client’s procedure.
Formally transmit data packages to the client for approval.
Keep track and update the Master Document Register as per Client standard.
Updating Welders certificates for Welding Procedure Specification qualification.
Logging weld & field weld history sheets. Monitor weld progress, from start to completion.
Keep track the changes and current revision status of documents are identified.
Manage the document/drawing review process (Internal and External).
Handling instrument calibration, equipment load, and electrode certificates for safety matter and handover packages purposes.
Handling and compilation of all incoming and outgoing documents.
Daily labor allocation sheets update for all site works. Daily, weekly and monthly man-hour update. Site Monthly time sheet update. Plant Equipment allocation sheets update. Checking and booking flights of staff to and from worksite and generate Site Rotation Schedule for all work sites.
Update job orders and generate weekly reporting of unpaid/paid invoices, outstanding works, and purchase order.
Preparation of billing instruction as per project completion prior to invoice.
Monthly preparation of Expats payroll.
Prepare and maintains all necessary paperwork in connection with purchasing works, filing all documents received and sent from other departments, clients, suppliers and prepare purchase order using Sage program.
Compare and inspect invoices and deliveries receipts/report against purchase made to determine if quantity ordered match to the quantity received and sent to supplier to ensure the quantity and the total amount was the same.
Purchase other materials and suppliers required by other departments.
Generate database for the incoming and outgoing piping, and mechanical material using database e.g. Material Register per discipline, Material Receiving Report, Material Shortage, Damage Report, etc. for the project.
Responsible for the issue, recording, preservation of materials and inspection of lifting equipment. And for the safe and effective storage of all items maintained within the stores compound.
Perform physical inventory count on a weekly/monthly basis and ensure that stocks correspond to the records maintained.
Ensure that quality procedures and documentation on material handling are strictly implemented.
Update database and generate monthly reports as required by management and clients
