Projects involved:

1.     SIPCHEM HOME OWNERSHIP PROJECT (SHOP) located in Jalmuda District, Jubail. The proposed housing project consists of 354 villas with four different types:
– Type A2 villas, = 169 units with an area of 432 m².
– Type B2 villas, = 111 units with an area of 541 m².
– Type C2 villas, = 18 units with an area of 940 m².
– Type D2 villas, = 56 units with an area of 384 m².

2.     The DA’EM RESIDENTIAL PROJECT consisting of 11 nos. of 4-storey Buildings is located in Rakkah District, near and closed to Coastal Road, Al Khobar City.

The project is consisting of 5 design types as follows:
