Confirms daily  money transfer transaction receipts with branch daily activity report through system generated reports.

Manages the branch operations and ensures that operations are customer friendly, cost efficient, and profitable.
Resolves problems affecting branch operations e.g. customer complains, other and exercise good, independent judgement on such routine matters and other matters affecting the branch.
Check the cash receipts and disbursements Record Book and ensures that actual cash count balances with the record at closing hour.
Submits periodic reports to Area Manager on branch operations and financial performance.
Ensure that the branch records and files are complete and properly stored.
Evaluates performance of subordinate employees, trains them in branch operations and recommends them for promotion, further training, transfer or any disciplinary action.
Maintains discipline and harmonious relationships with employees and monitors status of employer-employee relationship.
Ensures that safety, security and housekeeping guidelines and procedures are followed by the branch employees and security guards

Conduct cash count at the start and at the end of the day’s transaction.
Paying cash to prenda customers and receiving cash from items being redeemed and renewed as well as rematado items cash transactions.
