I worked at Local Government Unit of Amulung when I was still a college student for summer job, twice.
I worked as Posting Clerk (Accounting Staff) and Loan Processor/Cashier(Finance Staff) at Advance Micro financing Corporation from 2012-2014 , where I do the preparation of collection sheet, posting of payments and release, computing rebates, interest, amortization, and the balance of clients, reporting daily performance to accounting department, updating the white board monitoring, preparing delinquent borrowers and past due accounts, process savings of client, confirming credit checking, prepare minutes of meeting, justification letter and incident report, transferring subsidiary ledger from month to month and etc. And as LP/Cashier, I do the processing of Loans, preparation of payrolls of the branch, doing cashcounts,making Cash Position Reports daily, bank reconciliation every 15th and 30th of the month, replenishing expenses, computing gas allowances and etc. With this experience, may it be suitable for particular position in your good office.
I also worked as Secretary/Cashier at Farnaz Ceramic Tiles Inc., where I prepare the sales invoice, delivery and official receipts of customers, posting payments with corresponding receipts series numbers, reporting to accounting department, reporting fieldworks of Sales Representatives to Marketing Department, preparing attendance every cut-off and sending to HR Department and etc.
And lastly, I worked as Loan Processor/Cashier at Kasapi Microfinance and Rural Development Inc. with the same duties and responsibilities at Advance, the only difference is the Rice Consumption Loan of Kasapi,where I prepare loan vouchers and disclosure and monitoring Inventory daily.
