General Manager of Production Control Management operation of CVT Production Assy and machining lines including 2 production facilities in Aguascalientes, Mexico Site 1 and Site 2 facilities.  Total personnel under my responsibility : 67 employees, 5 section managers and 62 Staffs distributed in 2 manufacturing facilities.  I managed Production Operation of 5 CVT Assy lines, as well as Casting plant and machining lines of Case, Pulley and gears, including heat threatment área in both sites, by having a strict control of the Production, logistics and sales operation, i managed parts from suppliers and among warehouses for both sites, preparation of annual Production business plan, coordination of customer requirements, prepare shipping plan base EDI according to daily and weekly data according to Production plan until monthly Production and accounting inventory and sales closing.  I Achieved detailed monthly KPI’s related to Assy and machined Production plan of 5 assy lines of CVT, daily, weekly, monthly, months and annual produciton plan.  I prepared and developed the strategy of annual Production plan (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) according to Annual corporate annual Production plan, revised with Executive commitee and and Company headquarters members in Japan.
