Work History:

1. Shift Supervisor, Refinery Quality Control Dept. – Present
Busco Sugar Milling Company, Inc.

Responsibilities:
I was responsible for the quality control of refined sugar as finished product. I am in charge of the supervision of the refinery laboratory including the different analyses and withdrawal of the refined sugar. Also, this includes the manning and planning of the personnel and works to be done. As supervisor it is one of my task to issue certificate of analysis for the withdrawn bagged sugar and to ensure its good quality. It is also my task to influence people to do their best to attain the highest quality standard of the product produced to meets the requirements of the consumers. It is my number goal to ensure the food safety of the product from the processing to the withdrawal.

2. Food Analyst- 2009 to 2014
Del Monte Philippines Inc.

Responsibilities:
As a Food Analyst I was responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the food we process in the production area by conducting several analytical procedures. I also maintain task sheet of food analyst to monitor the calibration of the equipments and other apparatus used for the procedures. I took the responsibility of analyzing and interpreting final results from the results taken on various tests conducted in chemical laboratories as specified under standard procedures. It is also my duty to troubleshoot difficulties such as off specification of the products and to make solutions carried out efficiently and effectively on time. This job helps me to be more independent and critical in every test I’m going to conduct to ensure the safety of the consumer since I am also a consumer of the product we are producing.
In the PhilPack SB packing house San Jose Quezon Bukidnon I served as OIC supervisor assigned on the supervision of the people who inspected the quality of the fresh pineapple fruits prior to shipment in the absence of the supervisor. I was also involved in the manning and scheduling of the people who conducted analyses of the fruits under quality assurance.
