WORK EXPERIENCE

● August 2008 to October 2009 Part of Design Team in JG Morales Construction- – Prepared conceptual plans based on the given requirements by the client for residential, institutional, and commercial projects in Davao City. Production of construction documents, gone to site for supervision, and checked the quantity and quality of materials, and conducted coordination for better transparency and teamwork.

● November 2009 to March 2010 CADD Operator in a project of Department of Health in coordination with United Architects of the Philippines – Kadayawan Dabaw Chapter

-Design conceptualization for the Redevelopment of Davao Mental Hospital, Davao City, Philippines.

● May 2011 to August 2011

Part of the Design Team in DM Briones Construction and Enterprise

– MCG Participated in the design development during the construction of a 6th and 8th Storey Metro Davao Medical and Research Center Buildings.

● April 2010 to April 2011 Junior Architect in El Dorado Architectural Design Options- Involved in the preparation of presentation of all design phases from schematic conceptualization, design development, and contract documents for a high end residential projects, and occasionally gone to site for supervision during construction phase.

● May 2015 to August 2015 Site Architect in DM Briones Construction and Enterprise- Had managed construction of two branches of Mercury Drug Corp. buildings in MatinaAplaya and Gaisano Grand Mall Tibungco, Davao City, Philippines.

● October 2011 to Present Principal Architect – MCG IBARRA Design and Architecture- – Doing outsourcing projects online via UpWork. I started as independent contractor in UpWork in the year 2009 to present. Dealing with various projects from different clients overseas. Some of the projects that I’ve been worked on were mostly residential houses and commercial in parts of US. Rendered design services in my local area with small projects like residential buildings, space renovation, extension and addition.
