2016 –Present
Council Community Animator, Fundong Council.
· Working with the council authorities to identify, assist, implement and follow up local solutions in some rural areas of the municipality..
· Initiated sustainable community activities, thus facilitating rural development. This is evident today in some villages.
· Stimulated economic and social activities using the bottom up approach. This has improved living condition and created jobs in some villages.
· Mediated the formation and operation of local partnership and networks especially between the communities and the local government.
· Supported the local development process by bringing together relevant actors like the Village Development Associations, Traditional Councils, and the elite.
· Actually Constitute a link between decision makers and local communities, sometimes ensuring that the interest of the latter is considered.
· Helped to facilitate the building of the capacities of local communities members to engage in their own development projects and thus undertaking and running development projects ad initiatives.
· Worked within the political and cultural context of social, ecological, economic and cultural change in rural areas and thereby ensuring peace and cohesion in a pluralistic municipality.
· Worked with the Mayor and the villagers to ensure the implementation and follow up of local solutions. Consequently, many communities were able to provide some solutions to their local problems.
· Introduced and taught the communities the ‘can do spirit’ making them to be self reliant believing in providing solutions to their own problems. This has in most communities replaced the ‘wait and see’ mentality
· Monitored and evaluated of the implementation of community local solutions to their local problems. For instance, the construction of bridges, markets.
· Assisted the communities in the identification and implementation of their local solutions.
· Facilitated the provision of tools by the Fundong Council to communities engaged in digging a road from Fundong to Abahhli ( market to farm road). Presently monitoring the implementation of the project.

Fighting gender violence within the NW Region.
· Took part in a workshop on Community Driven Conservation for the Cameroon Nigerian Chimpanzee, organized by the Fundong Council with support from SURUDEV- NGO and WWF as part of the Council’s combined efforts in conserving the flagship specie of the Kom- Wum Forest. (7th -8th May 2018 )
· Took part in a planning and programming workshop organized by SIRDEP within the framework of the update of Fundong Council Development Plan (CDP) held in the Fundong council hall. (14 -15 February 2018)
· Actively participated in a 5-Day International Conference on Cross-Cultural Research organized by HTTC of The University of Bamenda.(covered over ten topical issues in education and research in Cameroon and Brazil). (June 27th –July 1st 2017)
