Customer Service
To lead shift when assigned by the store manager ,taking responsibility for delivering brand standards.
Cash management.
Opening and closing the store/preparing for the shift to brand standard.
Ordering consumables/food.
Monitoring/delivering service to brand standard.
Providing customers with prompt service,quality beverages and food products in a friendly,fast paced and upbeat environment.
Delivering a high level of customer service and interaction.
Health & Safety/Food Safety checks.
Report and record any lost and found item.
Prepare the kitchen for opening including pre-preparing food for the lunchtime period.
Performing temperature checks on all refrigerators and freezer.
Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen
Replenishing stock when necessary and notifying your manager if stock levels become low.
Assist the kitchen supervisor in the End of Day procedure, ensuring the kitchen is left spotlessly clean.
