ACONEX is used in Metro project to trace the drawings and document cycle starting from the issuance to the acceptance through work flows

Riyadh Metro is a rapid transit system under construction in the city of Riyadh. It will consist of 6 metro lines spanning a total of 176 kilometres, with 85 stations. The project cost $22.5 billion to build.

1-Participating in development of document control plan for the defined scope on a project.

Inform, advise and guide document controllers through the document control process with aid of processes, procedures and training.

1-maintain a focus on continuous improvement in document management team ‘s performance, processes and procedures.

3-as an Aconex organization user, provide training to users.

4- Ensuring the document control function is being performed in accordance with corporate procedures and project requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

5-communicating effectively with appropriate engineering disciplines, including, providing ongoing updates on work status.

6-ensuring required filing and archiving of technical documents is done in timely manner.

7-storing, securing, revising, retrieving, distributing and archiving electronic and hard copy documents.

8-interpret management reports on performance.

9-register all subcontractors/vendors organization in ACONEX. Provide them training as well
