We are in Led Probe Testing using MPI machines.The parametric test probe measures if the wafer was fabricated to the intended “recipe”, and uses special test structures to measure things like metal line resistance, transistor currents (static and leakage), layer alignment, and transistor speed. These can be very helpful to determine whether or not to just scrap the wafer if it is nonconforming or can be predicted to have poor reliability. It also provides evidence in case the yields aren’t good as to where things went wrong, as well as useful information for process targeting. These test structures are usually located in the “scribe streets”, which is the area between the die where the saw will later separate them into individual dies. The second functional probe test contacts the die itself and confirms the die is likely to be sellable at the end of the process and marks the good ones on an electronic wafer map for assembly. It confirms some basic functionality and circuit parametric.

EDUCATION

ASSOCIATE IN TECHNOLOGY MAJOR IN AUTOMOTIVE

This program is taught us to perform a wide range of diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks on automobiles and light trucks. We, students have extensive hands-on training in engine overhaul, manual and automatic drive train, front end alignment, brake service and repair, fuel systems, ignition systems, and air conditioning. In addition, this program provides training in electrical and electronic control system.
