Ministry of Foreign Affairs | Operations Manager Jr. | 2013 – 2019

·     Plan and organize the logistics related to the realization of requested events by different for 10 up to 300 people, including security, travel, and food.

·     Establish action plans to ensure that the events take place on time, especially respecting the agendas of special guests (VIP), and in coordination with its safety equipment.

·     Dealing with national and international suppliers for the achievement of strategic alliances; verifying that the product or service purchased complies with the policies and terms agreed.

·     Develop indicators (KPI’s) management, standards and procedures, seeking to provide a solution to all of the requirements requested by the different areas.
