Responsible for Technical Coordination with the Consultant, Contractor and Project-In-Charge to technical evaluation and review of architectural design to include architectural and interior design requirements of the FAI (Filinvest Alabang Inc.) projects as well as inspection of on-going projects as required and making sure that all works are implemented according to its specifications.
Coordinating with other department for timely delivery of project.
Monitors construction progress and project design up to implementation.
