Greetings.
I am writing this to express my interest in applying for a position that would best fit my qualification. I’ve been a Secretary in a Law Firm for almost a year, Content Editor for 6 years in a BPO industry , Content Analysis for 6 years in Shared Services and a year in Wipro BPO Phils. as Content Video Moderator.
While much of my experience has been in the content editing world. That experience has taught me how to be more detail oriented, to build strong relationships to my co-analyst and to our leaders. I can also work within a team and act as leader when needed. I do also have knowledge and understand the task of leading and training people.
In my previous role, I am handling 5 processes and all of which has deadlines. With this, I managed production deadlines with ease and use my multitasking skill. Also, for computer expertise, I am proficient in MS Office programs [Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook], with an average expertise in Photoshop.
In the past 5 years, I already submitted 3 process improvements in our department that helps lessen the work of my co-analyst.
• I have collected all necessary data [SSR documents] to lessen the time of searching.
• I have identified duplicates documents which is need to be publish online.
• I have created excel file used as Monitory Log Sheet in our team.
In my current role as Content Video Moderator, I monitored and applied a pre-determined set of rules and guidelines to user-generated submissions to determine best if the video is permissible or not to post.
