Analyze requirements of the ticket
Communicate with requestor to clarify requirements and specifications & with Tech Leads for technical challenges in requirements
Develop systems according to user requirements, specifications, and set coding standards, policies and procedures
Do thorough unit testing before endorsing ticket to QA, thorough testing in staging & production verification after production deploy
Monitor which tickets will be due for the next 3 days and ensure development will be done on or before the due date
