Job Description

• Ensure that key procedures and systems within the joint programme (MDG-F 2030) are operationalized or followed in achieving the desired output based on approved Work and Financial Plan and the Results Resource Framework in the covered areas of Region IX such as Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, and Zamboanga City;
• Manage the formulation of annual work plans and budget for the joint programme in coordination with the National Programme Coordinator and the Nutrition Program Coordinator in the region;
• Oversee all technical, administrative and financial matters relating to the programme in close coordination with the NNC Nutrition Program Coordinator and the National Programme Coordinator, in the covered areas of the  region;
• Advise the Programme Management Committee on the implementation status of the joint programme and recommend on both substantive and financial issues, including budget revisions, through the Regional Nutrition Program Coordinator and the National Programme Coordinator;
• Support implementation of all program activities through direct assistance as is reasonably arranged and technical advice in the areas covered in the joint programme;
• Facilitate the implementation of the MDG-F 2030 communication and advocacy plan; and of the participatory monitoring and evaluation plan in the covered areas of the region; and
• Prepare reports required by the MDG-F through the Chair of the Programme Management Committee and the NNC Nutrition Program Coordinator and the National Programme Coordinator.
