Check  vessel schedule assigned by each consignees / given by the Shipping Line and up to its Point of Loading (POL).

Check Purchase Contract or Proforma Invoice

Set Export Schedule based on the Contract given and production capacity

Coordinate with Broker/trucking for stuffing/destination and documentation and schedules.

Checking the details of invoice and packing list on loading day.

Finalize documentations ( invoice, packing list, processed certificate of origin and Bill of Lading)
