I am also really strong whilst working under pressure. In fact, during my leadership-driven career, I’ve proven my ability to deliver measurable results. I’d like to bring that ability to your office. My work experience has helped me to develop skills in communications, team working and numeracy and I was also given extra responsibility in the financial aspect. I perform much better in pressurized situations.  In my previous role, my line manager often commended me as a punctual and reliable worker and for my ability to work effectively whilst under pressure. She would often call me when a job needed to be done quickly, to a high standard and whilst under strict time constraints.

I believed this will be another positive benefit to your organization as I can always be relied upon to be flexible and adapt to difficult and varying tasks whereas always delivering key targets while under pressure.

Finally, I understand the role requires an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Having worked within different and diverse teams for many years, I feel, “I’m strong whilst working under pressure. You do not need to train me up to perform the role competently.
