• Creates comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement initiatives for the Site.
• Works with the Site Directors, Business and Function leaders to develop plans, programs, activities and demonstrable links between engagement and the Site performance goals.

• Plans and manages meetings and events (both internal and external) including budget development and compliance.
• Submits full disclosure of any and all information related to employee engagement activities including, but not limited to, financial information.
• Provides administrative support to management which may include action tracking, agenda setting, travel arrangements and purchase requests on behalf of the Site Director.
