Training and Skills
*Implements policies, regulation and work plans established by the agency and renders direct service in accordance with the functions and objectives of the agency within the area of assignment
*Implements case management to clients
*Conducts intake interview, accomplishes forms that will determine client’s eligibility for service/program
*Obtains and prepares social case studies
*Conducts home visits and collateral interviews to identify factors affecting clients adjustment
*Represent the minor during court hearing (trial, monitoring, dispositional, etc.)
*Coordinates with other rehabilitation workers in the institution for effective study, diagnosis, treatment plan and progress for each youth
*Prepares progress reports and other case related report for submission to court
*Initiates case conference for proper case management
*Coordinates with LGUs for after care services and NGOs for placement of minors who have no identified custodian
*Assists in planning program of activities
*Maintains close coordination with the court and other agencies
*Maintain updated recorded on client’s status and progress and records of activities
*In-charge for students’ outreach activities
*Supervise housing project for NGO program recipients
*In-charge for scholars and their parents’ training and formations
*substitute teacher for Social Studies subject
*In-charge and coordinator of alumni and teachers’ outreach program like medical and dental mission, tree planting, etc.
*Coordinator for international scholarships and sponsorship
