I have been working as a chemical process operator for 15 years at Moog Controls Phil Branch

I run metal parts of different sizes to be coated with chemicals such as chrome plating, passivation coating

I run metal parts for inspection for nital etch process and pre-penetrant etching process

I do inventory of chemicals

I do mix chemicals used for the different special process required for different parts

I can titrate chemicals and solutions

I run chemical testing on test panels to check solution and chemicals are in good concentration

I clean parts that will be processed through the different chemical processess
