Job Description and Responsibilities:

 

Warranty Admin Manager

 

 

·           Maintains a thorough knowledge of AMS Administration policies and Administration systems and ensures its implementation throughout the project.

·           Ensures that all paper-based and computerized system information processes are setup and maintained to provide the most efficient and effective administrative system possible.

·           Accurately records any and all customer interactions and transactions on the appropriate systems such as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.  This includes, but is not limited to, the accurate record of inquiries, complaints, comments, and corrective actions.

·           Effectively report and appropriately address any customer concerns or complaints.

·           Responsible to ensure the effective execution of routine daily administration such as, but is not limited, to the processing of daily financial branch transactions via the Daily Cash Position, Liquidation Reports, Payments of Invoices, etc.

·           Ensures the on-time, accurate preparation, submission and distribution of reports as required.

·           Monitors MOFA, Visa, FRC and Work Permit Applications of staff in the relevant facility.
