HR / Admin Manager

 

 

areas of Responsibility:

 

·         Maintains a thorough knowledge of AMS Administration policies and Administration systems and ensures its implementation throughout the project.

·         Ensures that all paper-based and computerized system information processes are setup and maintained to provide the most efficient and effective administrative system possible.

·         Responsible to ensure the effective execution of routine daily administration such as, but is not limited, to the processing of daily financial branch transactions via the Daily Cash Position, Liquidation Reports, Payments of Invoices, etc.

·         Ensures the on-time, accurate preparation, submission, and distribution of reports as required.

·         Monitors MOFA, Visa, FRC and Work Permit Applications of staff in the relevant site/facility.

·         Responsible for the management of Accommodation and Transportation of visitors and/or employees while in theatre.

·         Responsible to ensure that all employees are formally in- and out-processed as required by AMS policy.  This includes but is not limited to the processing of new hires, transfers, outgoing staff, and employees travelling to/from vacation.

·         Responsible to accurately record and monitor the receipt and distribution of inventory.

·         Responsible to monitor and appropriately address/issue Local Staff ID, Material, Stationery requests.

·         Responsible to provide the Maintenance Manager with Admin Support and guidance as required.

·         Liaises with the Project Management Office regarding stocks orders/issues.

·         Responsible to ensure the successful execution of an accurate LN Payroll every month which adheres to company standards, paygrades, and policies.

·         Monitors the use of overtime throughout to ensure the minimization of unnecessary payroll costs.

·         Maintains and Updates the 201 personnel files and ensures the data integrity of the HRAS system.

·         Monitors transportation and employee safety for all movements in Afghanistan.  This includes ensuring that sites adhere to security protocol during transfers or movements.

·         Ensures continuous development and improvement of HRAS in order for HR to transfer towards a paperless, automated system.

·         Ensure that admin concerns are well-addressed to keep a harmonious working relationship both with the employees and immediate superiors.
