° October 2015: Service Order Management Associate – organized installation re-schedule to a customer of an Internet PLDT Company.
Resigned after 6 months contract for self-improvement and more experience in terms of my degree.
° March 2016: Technical Support Representative – supported technical related concerns of TPG Telecommunicatoon customers through calls such as internet and telephone problems. Have been promoted to Level 2 on January 2018.
° January 2018 to present: ADSL Engineer – supporting Australian Technicians through call on fixing a line problem. Provides them exact computation of a line issue for a fast resolution. Also collate information from the line provider with regards of a possible outages or service disruption.
