Responsibilities:

 Meets and greets arriving guest and bids them farewell as they leave.
 Welcome guest as they check-in and out and perform necessary services.
 Preparing registration form, welcome card, waiver form, Wi-Fi password and special guest request upon arrival.
 Driving the guest using club car for a short tour within the resort and assist them with their needs and escort them to locations within the resort by their request.
 Register guest upon arrival and ensure all information on the registration card is properly filled up.
 Facilitate of Rooming-In procedure by explaining the amenities and complimentary inside the room and helping them to arrange their activities during their stay.
 Review arrivals and departures, updating and profiling registration form.
 Provide information and Inform guests on resort facts amenities, resort services, activities, local information and different Island that they can visit.
 Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and request.
 Answers inquiries pertaining to Guest Relations services and general information.
 Provides all services including, lost luggage, room changes, lost and found services, printing and issuing guest card, and broadcasting announcements.
 Responds to guest concerns in a considerate, professional, and positive manner by showing empathy and actively listening.
 Takes ownership of guest concerns, by following-up and ensuring complaints are resolved to the guest’s satisfaction.
 Maintains knowledge of the resort’s events and special functions in order to provide guests with accurate information to answer questions and handle special request.
 Work closely with the house keeping department in the keeping room states report up to date coordinates request for maintenance and repair work.
