Call Center Agent for 4 years as a customer and technical service representative and 2 years as a resolution supervisor to one of the Telecommunication Carrier in the US (Sprint) and 9 months as an English Online Tutor. My greatest strength is I can implement proper and effective call handling procedure in aid and resolving customer issues and concern.
I like teaching English Online because it’s where you can meet different students in different places to know and find out about their cultures, tourist destination in their places and reason why they are learning English.
