It is with great passion that I submit my resume for the position of English teacher in your school. As my resume states, I am a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines San Pedro Campus with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. I am a Professional License holder since the year 2013.

I am currently teaching English and English as an Additional Language (EAL) to the year 11 and 12 under the Haileybury-VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education) curriculum of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This position enables me to provide these students with teaching strategies I have acquired through college and experience. I am challenged to be more creative, nurturing and most of all, patient.

For the past three school years, I have been privileged to bear the position of Head of the English Learning Area. This position enables me to hone my decision making and leadership skills as well as not only being knowledgeable of the English subject but also forming programs to help guide students who are having difficulty in applying the macro skills with regards to the subject matter.

Lastly, this position helps me to challenge myself to become not only a leader but also a follower by listening to my co-teachers for ideas and suggestions.

It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate enthusiastic teacher who will make a positive contribution to your school.
