-Having direct contact to Singapore’s courier to follow up the packages of customers.
The account that I handled in Intelenet Global Philippines was Vodafone Qatar. We are assisting customers that has inquiries regarding their Vodafone sim card. We also assist basic troubleshooting for signal issues, top-up problems, Postpaid plans and everything that’s under Vodafone’s concern.
