In my entire career I have had an opportunity to work in the environments where I have been at the core of managing people and take lead in administering business
processes both in public and private institutions. I show myself to be self-motivated,
organised and capable of working under pressure. I have a practical approach to
problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team. In short, I am reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Having had served as School Teacher, Advisory Teacher, Regional Examinations Officer, Chief Administrator and the Lecturer, I had performed multi-task roles. I provide leadership to team members, students and foster an environment of continuous professional development and learning. I act as a student record information and administrative resource for the campus. I direct, support and coordinate the administrative functions of the university including lecturing on full time basis. My experience has thus revolve around the following functions;

ADMINISTRATION FUNCTION

Infrastructure & Services Roles:

§  Maintenance University Infrastructure,

§  Control University Assets

§  Purchasing/Procurement goods and services

§  Manage Bookstore/Library

§  Manage Cleaning Services,

§  Promote Health and Safety, on Campus Human Resource Role:

§  Recruit and appointment of new administrative staff à Ensure correct place of administrative staff

§  Advise HR office with regards to promotion or transfer of administrative staff

§  Ensure consistency to work ethics of the university by administrative staff

§  Administer administrative staff leaves and field trips

§  Organising administrative staff training sessions and activities

§  Monitoring administrative staff performance and attendance

§  Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions

§  Negotiate redundancy or separation packages with administrative staff

Management Roles:

§  Plan goals and implement departmental strategy à Supervision and co-ordination
