Summary of Actual Duties:

-Assist Rural Health Midwifes in the implementation of the different health programs.

-Conducts Quality Home Visits and Assess the health needs of household per barangay.

-Organize and conduct health education and promotion activities at the barangay level.

-Assist in the development/formulation of Barangay Health Plan (BHP).

-Participate/assist in the development, lobbying and passage of local policies (resolutions/ordinances) in support of priority local health programs and projects within every 6-month contract period.

-Conduct advocacy activities to barangay officials and other key stakeholders in support to the implementation of health thrusts, laws, policies and standards.

-Mentor and Coach barangay health teams/barangay health workers per month and other health stakeholders and support group.
