 Support the STAR team to targeted youth from marginalize groups for skill training through WBA, targeting the enterprise owners, market committees, women and people with disability and provide the appropriate skill development. Prepare the report of selecting the targeted participants of the project.
 Responsible to ensure skill development training for youth, capacity development training for enterprise owner and Ensure decent work environment of the targeted light engineering sector.
 Liaison and advocacy with different relevant stakeholders including Bank, M&FI, TTC, BEIOA, BSCIC, NASCIB, Local government, UNO office, DC office, DSS service providers to extend service to the trained participants.

Planning:
