• Manage end to end cross functional projects in network and IT domains.
• Lead interaction among internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, such as Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia for ongoing
business requirements.

• 55% cost savings by Core Signaling layer migration from Huawei STP to Huawei SPS in December 2016.
• 2 Pair new STP node integration on Huawei platform in August 2016.
• 75% cost savings by 36 Mn subscriber migration from Huawei CPCI HLR to Huawei ATCA HLR by one month (May 2016-June 2016).
• Successful LTE trial in June 2016.
• HSS introduction in Q3, 2015
• Process development and implementation for reusing of MSISDN in Q3, 2014
• Successful 3G launch in Q4, 2013.

• Ensure product life cycle of each core nodes in terms of future roadmap.
• HLR and New number series planning & recycle the unused numbers in according to the direction of Bangladesh Government’s policy.
• Ensure strategic relationship with other operators.
• Prepare BoQ, LLD, HLD and ensure the ordering to purchase network nodes.
Achievements:
• Cost savings 70% by 30 Million Subscriber migration from Ericsson HLR to Huawei ngHLR in 2010.
• Cost savings 50% by Signaling layer migration from Ericsson STP to Huawei IPSTP in 2010.
Major Responsibilities:
• Network KPI trend analysis and Performance KPI monitoring of each Core nodes to maintain network QoS.
• Ensure network availability by monitoring fault detection, take troubleshooting and share the critical observations with solutions to the concerned teams.
• Supervise Core Network rollout including ordering, installation, build up test bed, Integration, testing, commissioning and operations.
• Lead the Core Network modernization project by offloading legacy nodes on multi vendor (Huawei & Ericsson) platform.

• 2 Pair Huawei IPSTP integration in 2010.
