Career Objectives:

Career Summary:

BRAC: (24.05.1998-28.02.2006) 7 years working experiences in the NGO (BRAC), starting from Program Organizer in the Chittagong Hill Tracts for the integrated Program (Social Forestry, Agriculture, Rehabilitation, Microcredit, Micro-enterprise, Non-formal Primary Education (NFPE), Sanitation, Food for Work with WFP & RED crescent Society and FAO/UNDP. Subsequently, in 1999, the responsibility of the Chittagong Division for the Social Forestry Program with the Forest Department of Bangladesh. My key activities were technical support for the nursery raising, sectioning loan, seedling distributions, and tree plantation, training, other logistic supports and post-plantation guidance to the nursery owners and the Social Forestry beneficiaries. There are more than 300 plant nurseries in Bangladesh including BRAC Nursery at Cumilla, Chandina, Gulshan (Dhaka), Kulaura, (Maulvi Bazar) were set up by my technical supports. In 2001, I was assigned to the Marketing Program of Tissue Culture potatoes of BRAC in the Munshiganj division before taking the charge of Tissue Culture & Green House of BRAC in Gazipur in 2003. My key responsibilities were technical support, Human Resources Management, training, budgeting, reporting, conducting the meeting, marketing, etc. Sometimes I was assigned to work in the Head office of BRAC for the requirements of the program, like preparing project proposals, fundraising, planning, budgeting, and implementation of special work like landscaping, etc. I was the key person of landscaping in the Nandan Park (partly) and the ICDDR, B Housing Society.  To be with family in the crisis moment, I left BRAC in 2006.

The Matrix International School (Play to A levels: 01.03.2006-09.05.2007): I joined as the Vice Principal of the School. My responsibilities were to teach English Language & Literature of the O/A levels students, to look after all the academic and administrative works and supervising the other faculty members, admin staffs and the supporting staffs, conducting the weekly meeting, guardian meeting, conducting examinations and communication with the British Council, etc.

Ready-made Garment Sector (10.05.2007-03.02.2009): I joined with the famous Oekotex Group as a Sr. Merchandiser. Later, I was promoted as the Team Leader of the Bestseller Team. My key responsibilities were day to day works of Merchandising, buyer negotiation, communication, Sampling & Buyer feedback analysis, sourcing, production supervising, Supply Chain Management, Buyers meeting, documentation,  budgeting, conflict & crisis management , reporting and required other supports for the Merchandising and other teams of the factory and the buying office. I worked with the famous buyers of the world like Bestseller, Only, H& M, Carel, Mondial, Shoeby, etc. with reputation.
