1. As Quality Representative (Head of QMS) of RAK Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. achieved GMP approval from International Audit Team of Ministry of Health, United Arab Emirates (UAE) for monitoring/follow up all activities to convert to Gulf Pharmaceutical Limited (JULPHAR Bangladesh Limited, Sister Concern of Julphar, UAE). 2. Actively participated as a member for the Development and Finalization of National Standards of Model Pharmacy and Model Medicine Shop which was approved by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for implementing countrywide.

6. As a trainer, trained 75 Blue Star Providers (BSP’s) in Sylhet as the first step to convert their retail drug outlet to Model Medicine Shop based on MOHFW approved MMS standards. This was done based on a short term (4 Months) project between

Position: Technical Advisor, Regulations & Accreditation, Accredited Drug Seller (ADS) Component of Better Health in Bangladesh (BHB) Project funded by DFID/UKAID.

Duration: 7th January 2016 to till date.

Responsibility:

1.       Assist Project Director (PD), Sr. Technical Advisor and Technical Advisors along with Consultants of Accredited Drug Seller (ADS) Project for developing different strategies like Information Technology (IT) Strategy, Incentive Strategy, Consumer Advocacy & Marketing Strategy, Training Strategy, Mapping of Private retail Drug Shops of seven selected districts of Bangladesh and Inspection and Monitoring Strategy of Accredited Drug Seller (ADS) Project of Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), Bangladesh

2.       Work with all influential stakeholders like Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), Bangladesh Chemist and Druggist Somity (BCDS), Consumer Association of Bangladesh (CAB), University Academicians/Professors, Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh (PCB), Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP), National Institute of Population Research and Training (NIPORT), Social Marketing Company (SMC) for onboarding the program
